MUST BE A US CITIZEN
Minimum 2 years experience
* Doctorate Degree in Medicine from an accredited college.
* Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
* Possess a current unrestricted New York state license as a physician.
* Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Number.
* Must hold a current and valid BLS certification and will be ACLS certified within 90 days of employment
Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm
